We are sure you all might have heard about the new #BottleCapChallenge that is trending all over Instagram and celebrities and people over are going gaga over it. What exactly is the bottle open challenge and where exactly did it start.

In the bottle open challenge, one has to knock off the cap of a bottle with one swift kick and not knocking off the bottle. The cap needs to be loosely placed and one needs to kick off the cap with a back kick or roundabout kick. The challenge started off by the members of mixed martial arts fraternity but designer Errolson Hugh made it popular.
