Karan Johar Sells 50% of Dharma for ₹1000 Crore

Adar Poonawalla has secured a 50% stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, surpassing Reliance and Saregama in the bidding process. His company, Serene Entertainment, purchased the stake for ₹1000 crore, while Karan Johar retains the other half.
