Raghav Juyal, who plays the villain Shafiq in the action thriller Yudhra, shared how deeply the role affected him. In a recent interview, he revealed that portraying such a dark and intense character was a unique experience that pushed him beyond his usual boundaries. The role impacted him so much that after filming, he had to take a break to heal and disconnect.
Raghav said that his family noticed a change in his behavior and became concerned. This made him realize just how much the character had affected him psychologically. Though he had played a similar antagonist role in Kill, Yudhra was a challenging and rewarding experience for him.
The movie, which released on September 20, stars Siddhant Chaturvedi in his first solo lead role and also features Malavika Mohanan, Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, and Raj Arjun. It is directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, and Sudha Anukta.
