Alia Bhatt Slams Fake ‘Paralysed’ Face Rumors

Alia Bhatt didn’t hold back when she criticized media reports claiming she had a botched Botox procedure. The actor took to Instagram Stories to address the rumors and called them “beyond ridiculous.” She wrote, “I have a crooked smile and a weird way of speaking, according to YOU. But to claim I’m paralysed on one side? Are you kidding me?”

Alia, who welcomed her daughter Raha two years ago, also spoke about the unrealistic standards women face. She shared how body-shaming and judgments, especially from other women, have become normalized. “We should be celebrating individuality, not tearing it apart,” she added.

Alia has been vocal about dealing with body-shaming in the past but rarely reacts to such rumors. Her latest film, Jigra, received mixed reviews but struggled at the box office.
