A case has been filed against six members of the Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OU-JAC) for vandalizing Allu Arjun’s home in Jubilee Hills. The incident took place around 4:45 pm when the protestors held placards, chanted slogans, and threw tomatoes at the actor’s residence. They also allegedly manhandled the security staff and damaged flower pots and plants outside the house.
The protestors were detained by the Jubilee Hills Police. Despite the incident, Allu Arjun or his family have not filed a formal complaint yet. The protest seems linked to tensions following the tragic Sandhya Theatre incident during the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule.
Earlier, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticized the actor for attending the event despite safety concerns, which led to a stampede, resulting in one death and injuries to others.
Allu Arjun expressed his condolences for the tragedy, denied any misconduct, and urged his fans to maintain peace.
