Police have filed a case against the directors of two private schools in Maharashtra’s Bhandara district for allegedly running without proper approval. But these two schools in Lakhandur tehsil were operating without it, according to an education department official.
As per directions from the district education authorities, the Lakhandur police have registered a case against the directors under section 223 (disobeying order given by a public servant) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
