25 things to do before you turn 25.

They say time flies, I say it is age that does. Today you are teenager and tomorrow you will be the modern day youth and then in your 30s. There all a lot of things that people will tell you to do before you celebrate the silver jubilee of your life's journey. Here are 25 things you must do before you turn 25. 1. Live alone If you haven't ever lived alone, this should be on the top of your list. It makes you so much independent and teaches you to value all the little things you have. 2. Run a marathon You should aim to complete it. At least try and go for a half marathon. The feeling of running a marathon and completing it is another joy in itself. 3. Save money for emergency If you do not have any savings, its time you start it now. Look for the options you have and invest in the best one. 4. Donate As much as you spend, learn to be generous. Make a contribution to an old age home or any other institution you strongly support. 5. Visit the sick, old or orphan Just because you are blessed doesn't mean everybody is as lucky as you are. Learn to appreciate and share the blessings you have. If you visit the old, you will value your parents more. 6. Travel abroad alone Travel to the place you have always dreamed of going. Save money and plan the trip and go alone for it. It will leave you with an experience of a lifetime. 7. Spend time with family In our quest for life, we tend to ignore the things which are easily available to us including our family who is always there for us. Appreciate them. 8. Set a fitness goal It's time you start taking care of your body and setting a goal for yourself. Get up and start that jog you always wanted to go for. 9. Watch TV shows Go crazy over stupid chick flicks and TV series you are very fond of. Watch them nonstop for days together lazily on the sofa with some popcorn. 10. Go on a nature trip Go camping to a remote forest or go into the wild for a jungle safari. Experience nature in all its Glory. 11. Go partying all weekend Get sloshed and have the best time of your life. Go partying without a break for days over a weekend. 12. Spend on something ridiculously expensive Buy that pair of clothes or pair of shoes that you really loved but never felt was worth the money. Splurge on something you really love. 13. Get a complete makeover Go for a complete makeover and try that style you thought you can never carry. Color your hair, go bald, get a body piercing or do whatever you were always scared to do. 14. Go with complete strangers on a trip Go with a certain group of complete strangers on a trip. Learn to adjust with different people and be happy with what you have. 15. Learn some form of yoga Yoga has gone international but we still haven't found the value of it in our lives. Learn some yoga and practice it regularly. 16. Do bungee jumping Try an adventure sports that gives you the adrenaline rush,be it bungee jumping or sky diving. Do that one sport that would get your heart in your mouth for that moment. 17. Learn a new language It's beautiful to learn a new language. Take the effort to take up a language course. 18. Do something kind to a random strange Doing something for people you know when they ask for help is a kind act but doing something kind for a completely random stranger will give you a different kind of joy. 19. Cultivate your hobby When we are young, we have a lot of hobbies. Over time, we give up on them or get busy with other stuff. We should find some time to do something that makes us happy. 20. Forgive people who have hurt you It's very important to let go of grudges you have kept for ages. Learn to forgive people who have hurt you. 21. Go on a religious trip Among all the crazy things you do, you should take a religious trip as well. It could be to a meditation home or any retreat homes. Go and experience the inner peace through these programs. 22. Go on a blind date Knowing a person and dating them is a common experience for all of us but going on a blind date is different . You should go for a blind date at least once. 23. Go on a trip with just your best friend Take along just your best friends and go on a trip. Be yourself and have the best time of your life. 24. Splurge on a person you love Splurge on a person you love. Book a suite, give them a surprise. Spend to your heart's content and watch that smile on their face that you bring. 25. Love yourself and pamper yourself Don't forget about yourself. Pamper yourself and do everything for yourself because you deserve nothing but the best.
