“Pankaj Tripathi Stars in Mirzapur; Munna Bhaiya Returns!”

Fans of the popular web series Mirzapur were thrilled last month when news broke about a film adaptation of the action crime thriller. This announcement came after a disappointing Season 3, and many were worried that Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan would replace Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya.

However, in a delightful twist, Farhan Akhtar confirmed that Pankaj Tripathi will reprise his role as Kaleen Bhaiya in Mirzapur The Film! He will be joined by Ali Fazal as Guddu Bhaiya and Abhishek Banerjee as the Compounder.

The biggest excitement for fans is the return of Divyendu as Munna Bhaiya. In a teaser, he delivers his famous line: “Bole the naa, hum amar hain,” despite his character’s death in Season 2. Many fans blamed his exit for the lackluster Season 3, so his comeback is certainly cause for celebration!
