1. Mardi Gras, USA

Mardi Gras is also called Shrove Tuesday or fat Tuesday.This famous two week festival features a parade headed by kings and queens leading a flotilla of garish floats manned by krewes who throw trinkets to the crowd. The cumination is wicked mayhem mardi gras day when all inhabitants are let loose. The next day, Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent when abstinence prevails making fat Tuesday the ultimate excuses of a piss up, a knees up and a throw up.
